We offer a 21-day return policy for our desk lamp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the lamp within 21 days, no questions asked, provided it is in its original packaging and condition/unused. The desk lamp can be returned within 21 days, no questions asked, provided it is in its original packaging and condition/unused. After 21 days, returns are only accepted if the lamp is faulty.
The lamp carries a 3-year warranty against malfunctions related to the light sources or the functionality of the base station. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user during use.
