Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is via ground and typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. Shipping is included in the sale price for the contiguous United States. Tracking will be provided once the order ships.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 21-day return policy for our desk lamp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the lamp within 21 days, no questions asked, provided it is in its original packaging and condition/unused. After 21 days, returns are only accepted if the lamp is faulty. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Forms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or products.
